Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage jewellery, all items are on final sale. Especially after resizing or customisations.

In the event of damages, please email us as hello@lunalinx.com with details and pictures of the damage so we can assess the issue.

After inspection, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label so you can send the item back.

Depending on the severity of the damage, we may be able to repair the item for you.

Otherwise, you will be issued with a full refund or store credit.

Polish your jewellery with a soft cloth to keep it shiny.

Clean gemstones with warm soapy water and a soft bristle toothbrush to keep them sparkling.

*Never clean pearls, opals or tanzanite with heat or water treatments!

You can enjoy many many years of wear from your customised gemstone strand!

The nature of stringed necklaces are that eventually the silk stretches and discolours with the warmth and oils of your neck.

When this eventually happens, you can contact me for resrtinging services or enquire with a local jeweller who provides restringing services.

Restringing costs only a fraction of the original cost, because you don't have to pay for the materials again!

You can put your jewellery on and never have to take it off... unless:
