Request A Quote

It starts with a message! Reach out vis Email, Social Media or via our Contact Form to discuss your jewellery vision. We'll be in touch with your personalised quote ASAP.

Getting Started

If you LOVE the design concept we present & are happy with your quote, we'll request a deposit which is usually 50-60% of the project fee up front. Now the real fun begins...

Design Consultation

On a date and time convenient to you, we'll schedule in your consultation. This is where we will discuss ALL aspects of the design and answer all questions so we can ensure you are clear on and pumped for production!

Production

This is where you sit back and relax while your custom jewellery piece is crafted with the utmost care and precision. If a CAD is required, it will be sent over for viewing - otherwise we'll stay in touch and let you know as soon as your piece is ready.

Inspection & Preparation

Once your custom jewellery is in-studio, we undergo a thorough quality control inspection to ensure it's absolutely perfect. Your Luna Linx heirloom will be beautifully gift wrapped, ready for a magical unboxing experience

Your custom piece will be shipped with the fastest, insured delivery option so you can receive your order prompty and without worry.

Jaz's Anniversary Gift

It started with a green candy ring pop on an first date, and ended with a real-life adaptation promise ring on their anniversary.

Jaz wanted to surprise her girlfriend with a colourful solitaire ring featuring her birthstone, Peridot... which just happened to be the exact same colour as the ring she 'fake proposed' with a year ago.

Together we landed on this contemporary design featuring a bezel-set emerald-cut peridot that will forever remind them of their effortless love and commitment.

Suzie's 'Bestie' Keepsake

Suzie was gifted an unbelievably sentimental gemstone by her best friend and asked us to transform it into the centre-piece of a symbolic keepsake.

We custom CAD designed a simple and elegant claw setting that would perfectly embrace the cushion-cut green tourmaline.

The result was a wearable, everyday, luxury wear for Suzie that perfectly captured their decades of friendship and unbreakable bond.

"J's" Healing Stone

An ametrine (Amethyst & Citrine) represents two souls, merged together as one.

After experiencing an unexpected loss, "J" wanted to design an heirloom jewellery piece that would capture her story.

"...this necklace won't fix the pain, but becomes a tangible reminder that I can physically hold, and something I can wear daily that honours my loss."
